Why a panel discussion on portfolio careers? 

More than three-quarters of women say that they want to make a career change, according to a survey by Resume Now. 

The survey results also suggested that one reason women are thinking about pursuing something different is because they wanted more flexibility. 

That, plus the challenge of finding a new fulltime role in this current environment, is probably why you're hearing more and more about portfolio careers. 

A portfolio career means combining several flexible roles - maybe a fractional role, some consulting, that small business idea that you've been mulling over for a while, or a corporate or advisory board.

Our panelists will discuss how they've landed fractional and consulting roles, started a business, and the pros and cons of a portfolio career.

The panel moderator, Priyanca Rao, is a photographer known for her stunning branding portraits and an expert on personal branding.
